Cancellation Policy

ART COMMISSIONS All appointments must be booked in advance. Availability is subject to schedule. Initial consultations are complimentary and typically last 30 minutes. To book a consultation, please contact Gay Craig. Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a consultation. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the inability to book future complimentary consultations. PRIVATE PAINT PARTY Private paint parties require a minimum of 9 participants. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the event. To book a private paint party, please fill out the inquiry form. Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the event date will receive a refund of the total amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event date will forfeit the entire deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event. PRIVATE ART LESSONS Private art lessons are available for individuals. Lessons are booked in individual sessions, for one person only. Payment for private art lessons is due in full at the time of booking to confirm the appointment. To book private art lessons, please contact Gay Craig via email at gaycraig@gigisjoyfulcanvas.com. Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a private art lesson. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a forfeiture of the payment for that lesson. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. Clients are permitted to reschedule appointments based on the same notice periods outlined in the cancellation policy. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
