Thank you for supporting Gigi’s Joyful Canvas! Because each piece of artwork is unique and handmade, we have specific policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Refund Policy - Original Paintings
All sales of original paintings are final. Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of these artworks, returns or exchanges are not available
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately (within 7 days) with photos at gaycraig@gigisjoyfulcanvas. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome.
Prints
Order Cancellations
Prints can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase without incurring a fee. Cancellations requested after 24 hours will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges for prints are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your print.
Color Variations
Please be aware that color variations can occur between the digital representation of the artwork on your screen and the physical print due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes. We strongly encourage reviewing multiple photos of the print or requesting close-up images if needed before making a purchase. We do not accept returns based on color discrepancies alone.
